If you are not working towards a specific goal, but just know that negativity is not good for you, it comes at a high cost. It is obvious to you that positivity brings friends, relationships, career growth and many other good things in life, and you just want to be a positive person, period!
The 2 mins per day Tives app is here for you, to Practice and Test your positivity every day.
Here’s how it works:
Try this; don’t work so hard to keep the negative thoughts out, let the negative thoughts take care of themselves, instead just do enough to let one positive thought sink in.
It is super simple, all you have to do is say one positive thing (aka Tive) every day, and it takes only 2 mins.
That’s DOABLE right?
Not in the mood? Can’t think of anything positive?
What if we say you don’t have to be in a good mood to be positive, you are allowed to be in any mood, just capture your mood of the day and get on with it. Here are same tricks that work:
Capture your mood on the Tives app; you may feel for a brief moment that the load on your shoulder is slightly lighter, take that moment to say something positive; all you have to do is find one thing positive.
Browse through your previous Tives for instant upliftment , then take that moment to say something positive
Find a positive angle to a seemingly negative experience, e.g. if you are trying to be more social and reached out to someone, and didn’t get the response you expected, focus on the fact that you reached out rather than the response you got.
If really nothing positive comes to mind, then just make it happen, e.g. if you are trying to lose weight, and couldn’t help having a cookie, go for a walk to burn it off!
Are you finding it hard to self-motivate?
